Adjust oven racks to top and middle positions and preheat to 425°F. Wash and dry all produce.

Toss @potatoes{1%lb} on a #baking sheet{} with a #large drizzle of @olive oil{3%tbsp}, @fry seasoning{2%tbsp}, @salt{1%tsp}, and @pepper{½%tsp}. Roast on top rack until browned and tender ~{20%minutes}.

Meanwhile, pat @sirloin steak{12%oz} dry with a #paper towel{}; season generously all over with salt and pepper.

While steak rests, trim and discard root end from @baby lettuce{1%head}; chop leaves into bite-size pieces. Trim and halve @mini cucumber{1%unit} lengthwise; slice crosswise into ½-inch-thick half-moons. Halve @heirloom grape tomatoes{½%lb}. Halve, peel, and thinly slice @shallot{1%unit}. Zest and quarter @lemon{1%unit}.

In a #large bowl{}, toss together lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, shallot, @feta cheese{½%cup}, @red wine vinegar{1%tbsp}, a #drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Carefully toss roasted potatoes on baking sheet with lemon zest and juice from one lemon wedge. Plate steak, top with @chimichurri{2%tbsp}, and serve alongside the potato and tomato-feta salad.
